Is there anyone out there to help out a woman going through divorce where there is ALOT of debt? I need help.

My husband decided that he wanted a woman who he liked to hang out with better than me. I have had absolutely no respect for a long time even though I tried my best for years. The first thing that is going to happen is the lawyer is going to total the debt and assets. Next, everything is split down the middle. (50/50 debt - 50/50 assets)

Everything is 50/50 in the marriage. Especially the debt and it doesn't matter who accrued it, the same with the assets. It doesn't matter who made more money and who contributed more.

This is why the negotiations can be brutal. I recommend trying to work it out on your own as much as possible.
