How do I repair My Credit Score 6 years after being Ch.7 discharged!?

How do i increase my FICO score after declaring Bankruptcy over 6 years ago? My current Fico score is 665. I currently have 3 credit cards.
1. 3000 credit limit. (Current bal. 1000)
2. 2000 credit limit (Current bal. 500)
3. 1000 credit limit. (Current bal. 0)

I've being paying all my bills on time as well as my credit cards but it seems like I can’t get over a 665 FICO score.
Do you have any suggestions?

Pay down the first two cards to get the balances below 25% of available credit....665 is just short of being "good." Get your balances down and you'll get there.
