Are there online resources to find bank records, Credit Reports or tax records?

My former husband refuses to pay child support. I have court orders for support. He owes his kids $46,000+.

I've supported the kids on my own for the past 3 years, and have had to resort to borrowing on Credit Cards every month in order to stay out of foreclosure. I work, sometimes 2 jobs, so don't call me lazy or greedy. Both kids are also special needs (1 depression, 1 ADHD), but I can't afford health insurance for their meds, and the courts won't einforce the order that states that their father MUST provide health insurance. I'm in collection for several doctor bills that HE is court-ordered to pay.

When the father had a high paying job, he stashed $125,000 into retirement accounts. I need to find out if that money is still stashed so that I can sue him for nonpayment.

The local support enforcement agencies do nothing to help. They won't arrest him, they won't garnish his wages. I need to figure out how to fix this myself.

Have you contacted the public aide department. There you can get help with medical assistance with the kids and at least with ours they can help with getting child support automatically withdrawn. I'm not sure there is anything you can do to find out the information other than pay a PI to help you. Those records are confidential and can't be released without a court order or from the person on the account. Call every attorney until you find one sympathetic enough to help.
