Can anyone help me fix My Credit score?

I have A Credit score of 552 and I want it to get it to 580 so I can buy a house. If I was to pay on my negative items and with in return have the creditor stated in paper that it will be removed will it increase it to my goal ?

If they will agree to it, then yes. It is called pay for deletion.

Actually, if that is your only negative item on your report, it will probably get you well into the 600 range.
