Im trying to Get My Credit Score up and delete anything that does not belong there.

I presume that you currently have a copy of your report. Look it over and make sure that all of the accounts are correct. If there are not, dispute them....you file a dispute by sending a letter to the Credit Reporting agency. In your dispute letter you tell them the name (or number) of the account and why you feel that the information is incorrect. they will attempt to verify the accuracy of the information and update you with the results.
If the negative information that you find there is bad but true, the fact of the matter is that it will remain on your report for the required seven to ten years.

You can improve your score by paying at least the minimum payments on all of your open accounts. If you pay more then of course things will approve more quickly as your debt decreases.
