When choosing a Credit Reporting Agency to repair your credit, you always need to make sure they have been in business for at least five or more years. If they do not have a location that you can physically visit or they move around a lot, this should be a red flag for you to not choose this company. By having your facts in perspective you can make a wise choice about deciding which credit repair agency to work with.

No. We deal with all sorts of situations. Anything that is on your credit report. Some of even do debt negotiations and original creditor dispute letters. Just be careful who you choose. Don't sign up with anyone that charges a monthly fee - their incentive in that situation is to draw out the credit repair as long as possible. I also wouldn't choose anyone that does not let you see and sign the letters for yourself. Personally, I would NEVER let anyone send anything on my behalf. Credit Bureaus, by law, do not even have to open mail from a third party company acting on your behalf.
