Verizon Wireless Online Upgrade Error Question ?!?! HELP PLEASE?

Here is the situation:

My phone is eligible for an upgrade. I wanted to order my phone on Verizon Wireless Online due to the fact it was cheaper than in the store. I went to order the phone today, everything went fine....then My Credit card was declined. I went and fixed my credit card the same day and then I went back to redo the process and it won't let me upgrade my phone now. It does not let me select my phone number. Do I have to wait at least 24 hours to do so or what? Any help is appreciated. THANKS!
