Why are there 2 sets of Credit Scores and the ones you pay for are not the really ones. Per my mortage company

I applied for a mortage and I went and checked out and paid for My Credit report and scores for all 3. When I talked to my banker he had different scores and told me the scores I received are not true? Then why did I have to pay for them. I have tried to contract the credit company but all you get is a run around.

It's not that they are not true it's that the ones that mortgage companies look at are not the same as the ones you bought.

There are three different bureaus and three different Credit Bureau companies.

There are the regular credit bureau which is the one you bought, the auto enhanced which is the one that car dealers and lenders look at and the factual which is the one that mortgage companies look at.
