How can i get a $2000 loan have collateral in investment but Bad Credit.?

OK here's my issue. I have an small investment account that has 2,200 dollars in it but it's going to take about a month or so before i can even get to it. I'm currently in an crisis where i need a car within a week, so i can get back and forth to school, I do have a full time job where i could payback the small loan at a reasonable amount with backing from the collateral in my previous job investment account. I'm trying to figure out a way that i can go contact someone willing to give me a loan for $2,000, My Credit is borderline fair to bad but I can make payments since I do work a full time job. Anyone have any suggestions or ways to find someone willing to give me a small loan under short notice and again I do work full time for a stable company and have collateral to back up my request.
